777jaka Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 777jaka platform ("777jaka", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member", "user").

By accessing the 777jaka website or mobile interface, opening an account, or participating in any game, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 777jaka's services.

These Terms are written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In case of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, 777jaka's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. These three documents together define the complete contractual relationship between 777jaka and its members.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and participate at 777jaka, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. 777jaka does not permit underage accounts and will immediately close any account confirmed to belong to someone under 18.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where 777jaka's services are legally prohibited.
• You must operate your account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously had an account closed or banned by 777jaka.
• You are mentally sound and capable of making voluntary decisions.

777jaka may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents include: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Birth Registration Certificate. Withdrawals may be suspended beyond certain limits until this verification is completed.

One Family — One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one 777jaka account. Multiple registrations using the same National ID, mobile number, or bank account are prohibited. Family members may open separate accounts with their own credentials, but abusing bonus benefits may result in both accounts being suspended.

3. Account Management & Security

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Registering with false information may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of the associated balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 777jaka account password and login information completely confidential. 777jaka will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat — if you receive such a request, consider it fraud and report it to support immediately.

• It is strongly recommended to keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately.
• Avoid logging into 777jaka from public Wi-Fi.
• Use a unique, strong password that you don't use anywhere else.

Members are responsible for all activity on their account. 777jaka is not liable for losses resulting from third-party access unless proven to be caused by 777jaka's own security failure.

Updating Information

If your mobile number, email, or banking details change, update them immediately in your 777jaka profile settings. 777jaka is not responsible for payment delays caused by outdated information.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777jaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Important deposit and withdrawal rules are outlined below:

Deposit Policy

• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be automatically rejected.
• 777jaka does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (such as bKash) may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes — not for money laundering.

Withdrawal Policy

• Completing KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
• Once a withdrawal request has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw from bonus balance.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 777jaka may delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours.
• An additional security verification may be required for the first withdrawal.

5. Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements

777jaka offers various types of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• Welcome bonus is available once per new member only. Must be used within 15 days of the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is (deposit + bonus) x15.
• Maximum bonus amount is ৳50,000. Deposits exceeding this will still be capped at a ৳50,000 bonus.
• Bonus is valid for 30 days. If the requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless specifically authorized.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonuses is typically limited to 3 times the bonus amount — special offers may have different rules.
• 777jaka reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus programs at any time.
• Bonus abuse (such as repeatedly claiming welcome bonuses through multiple accounts) is a punishable offense.

6. Betting Rules & Game Terms

All games and betting activities on 777jaka are conducted under specific rules. It is each member's responsibility to read the relevant game rules before starting play.

Live Casino Rules

• No bet will be accepted in Live Casino games after the betting window has closed.
• If your internet connection drops, bets already placed remain valid.
• Dealer's decision is final — rounds may be voided in case of technical errors.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and table.

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed before an event starts remain valid unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
• If an event is cancelled, bet amounts will be refunded — with no deductions.
• 777jaka reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds — if proven to be a system error.
• Minimum odds for sports bets at 777jaka is 1.50.

Poker Rules

• No player may use software or bots in poker.
• Collusion (conspiracy between two or more players) is strictly prohibited.
• Buy-in amounts for 777jaka poker tournaments are non-refundable.

Technical Error Policy

If technical errors occur during gameplay (such as server downtime or display bugs), 777jaka will attempt to void the affected round and refund bets. However, if the error did not fully affect gameplay, the result will stand.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777jaka platform and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Fraudulent Activity: Registering with false information, using fake documents, or attempting to manipulate any game.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts by the same person, especially for the purpose of repeatedly claiming bonus benefits.
• Use of Software: Automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other program that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to harm 777jaka or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using 777jaka as a vehicle for money laundering.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to 777jaka's servers, databases, or software.
• Abusive Behavior: Abusive or threatening behavior toward dealers or other players in live chat.
• Third-Party Accounts: Operating someone else's account or allowing someone else to operate your account.

If any of the above activities are detected, 777jaka may close the account without prior notice, forfeit balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

The 777jaka website, mobile interface, and all associated content — logos, game graphics, text, design, software, and data — are intellectual property assets of 777jaka or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or publishing any 777jaka content without prior permission is prohibited.
• Members are granted limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes.
• Written permission is required to use 777jaka's trademarks or logos for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

777jaka is committed to providing the highest quality service, but our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss due to games stopping mid-play caused by internet connection disruption.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party (e.g., payment provider) technical failures.
• Account loss caused by member negligence or security failure of their own device.
• Circumstances beyond 777jaka's control (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.

Under no circumstances shall 777jaka's liability exceed the total amount deposited by the member during the relevant period.

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

777jaka believes gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We prioritize the health and financial well-being of our members above all.

11. Account Closure & Restrictions

Closure by Member

You may close your 777jaka account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via email or live chat. Withdraw all balances from your wallet before closing.

777jaka may close or temporarily suspend accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide KYC verification.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.
• Suspected money laundering.

In case of account closure due to violation of terms, 777jaka reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If the platform decides to close an account of a member who has complied with the rules, the full balance will be refunded.

12. Dispute Resolution Process

In case of any dispute with 777jaka, please first attempt resolution through the support team. 777jaka strives to resolve all complaints within 72 working hours.

13. Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms and your relationship with 777jaka shall be governed by the applicable laws of 777jaka's jurisdiction of registration. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

777jaka operates under an international gaming license. Compliance with any local regulations regarding online gaming in Bangladesh is the member's own responsibility.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.

14. Terms Modification & Update Policy

777jaka reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to members in the following manner:

• Display notification on the platform.
• Notification sent to registered email.
• Change to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given. Minor edits may take effect immediately.

Continued use of 777jaka after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the terms, close your account.
